Consider looking into inkjet heatpressing. They dont look great, ever, but it might make the 1-off people happy for 15 bucks or so.

I have recently lowered my minimum qty based on screenprinting through cut vinyl, but its not great for all circumstances, the ink layer is thicker. Plus you still have the cleanup..
