I don't do screen printing. I do plastisol transfers,ink jet, and embroidery. I schedule ten days out in most cases. I have some customers who want things quicker. If they are a good customer, I normally do my best to accomodate them. If i pay a higher fee to gets thing expedited to me , I add that cost plus 10% to cover my time. I can normally get things done in a timely manner. I do memorial shirts and they must be done in a rush and there is no higher cost for them. I think if you schedule and maintain it, you should have little problems meeting deadlines. ..... JB
