I charge a 20% rush fee if I have to really go out of my way to get an order done (like working nights or weekends) and if the customer seems like they would be willing to pay it.
My typical turn around is 2 to 10 business days. It depends how much I have going on and what day of the week the order is placed, because I normally only order and pickup blank shirts once a week. Examples: I have a big order (for me) of 155 5color front/1color back shirts, got the deposit Wednesday I think, and it might be early next week before they are done and ready for pickup, because contract work has popped up this week that takes priority. But I also got an order Friday that I completed yesterday (the following Monday). It was quick and easy and the customer was blown away that I finished the order the next business day. |
