Bleach can weaken the fabric if left on. For scortch remover in our shop we use a solution of 50% hydrogen peroxide ( just the regular 3% strength stuff ) and 50% water. put it in a spray bottle and mist the scortched area. This only works for scortch, flat out burned is another thing and You'd be out of luck.
