Default New Milford Photo Experience

I just wanted to share my experience with New Milford Photo. When I started my business, I ordered a sample of dark transfer papers from them. Everything with the order was fine and I decided to go with Iron All Dark. I didn't plan on ordering any but received an email the last week of June for a 25% discount off my order for that day, so on June 30th I ordered the 100 sheets of 8X11 Iron All for Darks paper. Shortly thereafter, I got an order for 75 black t-shirts with a company logo on it (large on the back of the shirt). On July 10th, I hadn't received my order yet and was concerned as I was running out of black transfer paper and had my big job coming up. I emailed NMP on the 10th, didn't hear anything, called them on the 11th, left message and nobody called me back.

At the beginning of this week I called and left another message and John called me back, left me a message. To shorten the story, we played phone tag all week but John didn't leave any information on my voicemail. Today, the 18th, I left a message asking to cancel my order and when I checked me email, I had an email that my order had shipped.

At this point, I wanted to just cancel my order. Three weeks to ship is unacceptable; if I would have been told it is out of stock or there would be a delay, then it wouldn't be much of a big deal, but I had no communication with them other than voicemails asking me to call them.

I am sad to say, this is the last time I order from NMP. Just wanted to share with you all.
