P. Grizzle if you'll notice, our cutter settings are nearly the same for Flock. I find that the 60 deg blade is more fluid moving through that material. I have not tried the 45 degree blade as I'm not certain if one is made for my cutter. I may have tried my 36 deg blade but obviously didn't stick with it for this material.

COEDS, what's your offset setting & speed?
