Default Re: Thermo flock--Force

I have a Gx 24 and I have been using flock from Vinyl Cutters, heat presses, heat transfer material, transfer papers and heat printing supplies all at affordable prices. . I read somewhere that people were using a 45 degree blade and just increaseing the pressure, but I haven't tried that myself. I use the 60 degree blade and set my pressure at 120 grams and it cuts great. I was told by several members to purchase a clean cut blade(sold at specialty graphics supply for $14.95). I was told this blade will last for a long time and the 45 degree blade is sharp enough to cut flock. A guy who cuts several yards of vinyl daily( he owns a sign shop) and has used the same blade for over a year with no issue. ..... JB
