Nope... You gotta have a cutter. About the only way to do white on a clear vinyl would be either a Mimaki or a Gerber Edge, and both of thsoe tend to be special purpose machines.

You can buy a CHEAP vinyl cutter for about $300 or so, but you do get what you pay for.
