Are you asking how to avoid cracks on shirt you are producing or on shirts you already own?

If you are referring to shirts you are making, tell us what type of transfers you use; plastisol, inkjet, etc. as well as the brand of paper.

If you are referring to shirts you own, it could be from any number of reasons; type of transfer used, how applied, brand, washing method, etc. It's difficult to determine.
