| Re: Shirts per day? Hi Justin. Some commercial operations on production runs will have an operator using three semi automatic presses. That is presses that open automatically when the time is reached. Heat transfers and vinyls usually tie up the machine for about a minute with aligning and removing the garment. Sublimation about two minutes. On top of this you have the time to take the garments out of the boxes and to fold them up neatly afterwards. Using a manual press, you can easily do ten tees an hour, but whether you'd have the stamina (or inclination) to do that for ten hours solid, is another story. |
