I have been applying vinyl to flags but they are nylon, I think the weave is about the same as the polyester. The issue I have had with the different vinyls is not sticking, all have stuck very well, it's been the glue seeping through the loose weave and being noticeable around the vinyl and on the back if it is a single layer flag. Videoflex has worked best so far, sticks very well, glue doesn't seep out or through but I had to cut with more force than any other vinyl I tried or it was a bear to weed. |
