 Re: who did their TM via USPTO online?
I actually went through a service called legalzoom.com to get our logo trademarked. Back then (3 year ago) it was only $99 (service only) for them to do all the legal paperwork and searches for possible infringements, etc. The Government filing is still $325. Even then, I had to work with a government rep to clear some issues (i.e. name tagging, IC codes, etc.) before they approved our trademark. It took about 6/7 months.
