Re: How should i start at home t-shirts?? If you post a thread in the screen print section, asking the screen printers if that is a good deal, they'll let you know. If the price is not the best, I'm sure you'll get advice on how to get the price lower.
Also, you are able to post for referals and recommendations, and folks here can give you prices as well. It's all up to you if you only want to double check your price, or get help negotiating the price, or actually see if someone here can give you quality printing at a great price. The great part is you decided which print method to use.
I would think you will now need to focus on finding your customers, figuring out what your retail price is, if you'll try to sell wholesale or retail, or both.
All the marketing stuff. You'll have to figure out who you are selling to and how much, so you know what kind of orders you'll be placing with the printer, and that you'll be able to unload the inventory once you get it. Best regards.

Reason: shorten and re-arrange.
