 Another trademark question. Am I okay?
I will start off by explaining how my business is set up. I'm going to use fake business names for this question. This should be a good one for Greg.
I operate a single business as an LLC. I have two extra DBAs under that business. I sell clothing under one of those DBAs.
Lets say that my business is registered as CSC Shell Company, LLC at the state. I sell clothes with a different DBA (lets call it Super Sweet Clothing) under that business (CSC Shell Company, LLC). Super Sweet Clothing has it's own website, and is only tied to CSC by the CSC Portfolio, and by billing.
I just so happened to search online and there found a trademark for CSC - for Clothing, namely, shirts, tops, t-shirts, and tank tops.
Should I have to worry about their trademark? I am not selling clothes as CSC, only as Super Sweet Clothing.
