I just saved your image, imported it into Roland CutStudio and used the image outline function. It found all the edges and created a cuttable file. Mirror it and send it to the cutter, it's done. Less than a minute, start to finish.

Not sure if it works with a Mac or not, check with Josh at Imprintables... So far, I'm very happy with my Roland GX-24.
