I'm pretty sure signcut x2 is mac compatable you can get that with a US Cutter. If your files are .eps then chances are they are already vector, unless you did them in photoshop then they will have to be vectorized. Going off your image you posted that could be vectorized in about 10 seconds, so if they are as clean as that one I'd say you will be fine vectorizing them. I have a US Cutter refine 721 (24 inch) and I don't regret it one bit.
