Just to clarify tho on your original post you wrote :
Equity Details:
Capital: 100% Mine (at this point)
Sweat Equity (up to this point):
· 85% ME
· 5% “A”
· 5% “B”
· 5% “C”
So 15 to 30 would make a difference.
Plus for me my last partner and I got along great so probably more biased towards a partner. When I first opened my business it was just me and if I wanted to go away I either had to close down or trust a hourly employee to run the store. When I got the partner I felt much better about going away. And this was in the computer/Internet technology field.
Artist might be a different breed of person to deal with.
