Is this possibility a trial or demo version of the program? Did you receive any type of security "key" or USB dongle w/ the program? If you can save to your hard drive, try using your Windows program to copy the file from hard disk to floppy; then use the "file rename" to change the file extension on the floppy to .dst so the NEO can read it. If that does not work, there's some issue within the program that causing the Save feature not to work (trial or demo will not save), so best to contact the mfg. tech support. You could also ask them if your program supports transfer to embroidery machine, and what's the max. length of cable. |
