OK. number one.. are you pre pressing shirts????
Number 2.. make sure that when pressing there are no ridges or seams from the tee shirt in the way of the press lay flat on the surface of the tee. This will cause the problem you describe. If you have a problem where you can't remove the seams away from the design then get yourself a large mouse pad (office Depot) and place it directly under the shirt where the design goes. this will bring the design up and leave the seams below. (I showed this in one of my 21 videos) Let me know if this is the answer. Lou
