No.

I don't think you will be happy with opacity of the ink.

Canon and HP are 'thermal' inkjet printers that heat the ink to spit it from the heads, and their variable sized dots can't be controlled with programming, so they don't have enough density to stop UV light.

This is why EPSON is the de facto standard for screen printing positives.
