I recently discovered a manufacturer from china, who said they could deal with low minimums in order to create business relationships, which is what caught my eye about this company. I starting an action sport company and want the best t shirts possible, because the fit, feel, and design is what will make our company stand out.

I want to know what you guys would suggest as far as weight, material and fit in order to achieve a superior shirt to a billabong/ hurley/ or other fashion fitting shirt

I am intrigued with bamboo shirts, and they tell me that i can get bamboo shirts for $4.50-$5.00 a shirt without screen printing, so i expect they would end up at $7/shirt or so.

Do i want to go with a 180 gsm shirt, or something like 150gsm...what would be the difference??? would the 150 gsm be lighter and softer?


Will I notice a huge difference with a bamboo/cotton blend and will it be worth it..will people pay more for a softer shirt?

Also where can i find measurement specs for shirts which would be a slim fitting T??
