Not colour specific (other than ink change charges), just size specific. If you're going from a women's XS to a men's 3XL you may want more than one size for the design though. On the other hand if you're doing S-L in both you're not likely to. It really depends on the art, etc. in question.

But as a generalisation, colour change doesn't need new screens.
