Default Re: Good conveyor oven for water-based printing?

Can shirts with water-based ink pass through an oven faster than plastisol prints or does it need to go slower?
it is my understanding slower as yo have to remove all the moisture from the inks in order to cure properly.

One thing you need to remember is when running garments through a conveyor dryer, the more garments on the belt / in the heat chamber the more heat is soaked up usually resulting in the need to slowing the belt speed. This is one reason you see very large/long dryers. More heat chamber = faster belt speed = faster production

Nazdar sells M&R which is what I use. and is a good choice for your equipment in both quality and service.

Contact M&R directly M&R Companies, Amscomatic, Nuarc and ask what they recommended for your waterbased needs. If you need someone specific Tim Foreman is a great guy. Heck I can give you Richard Hoffmans direct email if you want to go to the very top yet Tim should be sufficient
