Default Good conveyor oven for water-based printing?

I'm hoping to purchase a conveyor belt oven in the next couple of months. I talked to a guy at Nazdar today who told me that since I use water-based inks, I need to get an oven with circulating air.
I wanted to get input from any water-based printers on what brand or kinds of ovens would work best, or any information to keep in mind when trying to select one for purchase.
I want something at least 8' long that can cure at least 10 dozen shirts an hour.
Can shirts with water-based ink pass through an oven faster than plastisol prints or does it need to go slower?
Thanks in advance.
