Your first problem will be if you want 2 shirts screen printed, most screen printers have a 12 or 24 piece min. order. (and a fee for a color change in a print run as stated before)


Heat applied vinyl would be a good fit for just 2 shirts with a different color vinyl on each. You could also change the size of the art between shirts.
