But one thing we have noticed is, when we load the paper in the machine and then use "get from machine" to size it up, it is always around 18-19 inches. We move the pinch rollers here and there, but it doesn't seem to help. Also, we noticed that the GX-24 cuts a light margin - I think when it reads the paper when you turn it on. Not a big deal, but I guess you shouldn't move the paper once its been loaded. Anyone know how to get to actually using 23-24 inches on the machine?
