In CutStudio, convert your design to Polyline. This will preserve the fonts, etc. Then copy and paste it into CorelDraw or whatever and print to pdf from there.

On the one hand, it's an extra step. But on the other hand, if you are putting the design into CorelDraw, you can then use then use the Comp Generator to create a nice mock up for the customer.
