i am having an issue with some sweat shirts. we printed them with the super op orange in k and looked fine when they cam out of the dryer. but now the ink seems to have taken on the color of the garment it self. we have printed this way many times before and its just caused its first problem. could it be the heat from the dryer doing it as we tested it and it gets up to the proper temp. we are now reprinting them with a underlay but my question is why i have been baffeled by hundreds of questions from the owner as to why i would let something like this pass to the customer. and i have no answer for him and he does not like that. if i could find a reason i could tell him but nothing of why it happened. and this has only happened on the sweats.
