Haved you printed out a nozzle check. White line disease is normally caused by a blocked/not quite right ink nozzle. There should be no gaps in the print, if there is or slightly off you need to do a head clean. Never do more than 3 cleans at a time it upsets the printer, if still not right after 3 cleans leave printer to sit for 24 hours and check again.
I usually get this problem when replacing a cartridge, so I do as above and the following day everything's fine.
