Ok.. I thought i would start a new post for myself and some of the others to post some of the items of interest or vendors we spoke with at the show that had fun and interesting things to show us..
I know from what was said by others this show was not a big as some of the others.. but there was some things i had not seen and some interesting things shown..
Now im in the sign business, plus do shirts, and promo items so alot of the booths had items of interest to me..
One of the most interesting things i saw was the roland engraver making patterns for rhinestone shirts.. I have an older engraver made by a differant company but im gonna see if i can do this on mine.. What this did was you would type what you wanted your design to say or put the graphic into the machine.. and it would engrave little holes on the romar engraving plastic just the size of the stones you are gonna apply, you would then put a few stones in a pile on top shake it and they settle in the holes with the shiney side down.. then you apply your tape.. and ta da .. you design is ready to press... for some reason this really impressed me.. even tho ive never done anything with stones on shirts..
