It could be worth your while to read the book "printing t-shirts for fun and profit" it has plan's on how to make a wooden 4 color screen printing press i wish i had read it before i had started to shell out money, also it might be an option to talk to target transfers(i havnt used them yet but will soon i hope)
http://www.targettransfers.com/ in the uk who will print plastisol transfers of your designs for you to use a heatpress to transfer them to t-shirts. if your only doing your own design's for sale i would look into the transfer's check out the forum here very good nearly as good as this one ha ha
