Being new to this I wanted some feedback from everyone on whether this is good, normal, or too good to be true.

I found a place in my neighborhood that does plastisol heat tranfers for 6 bucks a shirt, and I can print just the one shirt, and I can bring my own. Six bucks is the price if I bring a shirt, they said it would be more if I didn't. So does this sound about right or not?
