You may want to take an old shirt and do some trial and error for now. Use one sheet of the transfer paper and print the same image 4x and try experimenting with the time and temperature.

Use the 1st one on the front, 2nd on the back, then switch it back over and do it again, near the 1st one, making sure to cover it again so it doesn't melt to the press. |
