Shelf life should be easily 3-5 years is stored properly. As always, ask your supplier.
Some tips on storage:
Avoid significant temperature swings, i.e. un-insulated garages and under your dryer.
Avoid changes in humidity. Damp basements or areas that have sitting water can cause the carrier sheet (paper) to curl over time.
