For shirt blanks, Broder Bros. and Alpha Shirt do not require a business license or resale certificate to get an account, but they will charge you sales tax without it. That's a big headache to pay and for your accountant to keep track of. Plus, you end up paying tax twice -- the second time when you owe the sales tax to the state for the finished product you delivered to your customer. |
