I love transfer express transfers as I have never had a problem with one of them. I also just used Versatranz and did not have any trouble with theirs. Have you tried first edition? They are great also and they do not charge extra for a proof. They take a little longer, but they are good. I would suggest you tell them that all of these setup charges are included in a sample. But if you use first edition they will give you a proof and the other companies you do have to pay for it. I also just used Howards Sportswear and for being a first time customer, they did not charge me for a proof. Although the transfers have not arrived yet, so I cannot comment on them. However, all of their samples they sent me were great!
