Thank you for the suggestions. What I am struggling with in terms of the ordering of a sample and setting a price is this. I have to order a minimum of 10 transfer with TE at 36.37 each. What if I order the 10, tell the customer it is going to cost $x to do a sample, but then they want to change something after they have seen the sample one then I would be stuck with 9 other transfers at $36 a piece . I am unsure of how to defer that cost. I do not know what I should do? If they like the sample one then I would be ok because I could reorder and get transfers at the reorder price which would be cheaper for me and the cost of the 10 min I had to buy I would include in my price to the customer.
