 tranfer companies Tranfer Express or Versatranz
Has anyone had transfers printed by Versatranz? I have my first big order to fill and I was wondering if anyone had used them before? I have had prints made from Transfer Express, and I like them very well, but the design that I am using is one that we(my customer, and I ) did together and they want to see a proof before ordering so many shirts from me. Transfer Express does prints from your artwork but to get a proof and the only proof they provide is one that is faxed and cost $40 per color. We are using 5 colors and that is quite expensive. I have explained to my customer that they charge a lot for small number of prints due to the cost involved in making etc. but she does not seem to be very happy about not being able to see what it looks like before a lot is printed. I am new at this, is it is customary for customers to want to see one before printed? What should I do? I have gotten so great advice from a couple of you before and I really need more. AHHHHH! I want my customer to be happy but do they always want to see sample before printing a large order? This could repeat business for me and I do not want to make her unhappy. Any suggestions, please?
