Yes, I did it myself. I think it was $350. Just took some time to fill in the forms online, but it wasn't too bad. I've since gotten some legal advice about people filing for trademarks that are close to my stuff, but I haven't paid a lawyer (yet). I'll be the first to say that sometimes you just gotta pay, but since I didn't have the money when I filed, I just tried it myself. If it is an "easy" trademark, with no close ones already filed, I'd say to do it yourself. But if there could be issues, get advice! |
