Default Re: purchasing my 1st flash dryer

First, they are not Flash Dryers, but flash units meant for gelling the ink before printing a secondary color. They actually make very poor devices as dryers go, in that they do not properly, throughly or consistently cure plastisol ink.

If you are looking for a Flash Unit, I'd suggest that there is no better than Ron Vinyard's Black Body Corporation (BBC) Flash Units. They actually manufacturer the flash units that are sold under different names by some of the biggest names in the industry. Most conveyor dryers have BBC units in them. They are at bbcind.com on the Internet or you can call them for a catalog at 800-654-4205 or internationally at 314-343-3952.
