Default effective curing of plastisol inks?

Hi Guys
I have recently migrated away from my normal sphere of t-shirt decoration (vinyl, sublimation etc) into screen printing. The job is a basic white print going onto a red tshirt. I am using union plastisol ink py2k 1026 bright white. I am using a heat press to cure, as I have one, and was told that this would do. The problem I seem to be having is when I cure the t-shirt (170 degrees c for 15 secs ) I seem to have residue of ink on the silicon paper after pressing. Any ideas or suggestions would be great. Many thanks
