So, after coating three screens with emulsion, with my handy-dandy screen coater, I was informed('How To Print T-Shirts For Fun And Profit') that the protective rubber strip should be removed before use. Doh!

I was getting annoyed with screen coater 'skipping' while I pulled it along the screen. Problem solved!

Anyone else want to share their screen printing follies?
