Default PhotoEZ question

I have the PhotoEZ kit and I like it alot. Very easy to use and I've had good results with it.

Now, I want to start printing my designs on shirts to sell.

The ink that works with PhotoEZ needs to be heat set either with an iron without fixative or in a dryer with fixative.

Question/concern: You are supposed to wash the shirts before your use this product and after heatsetting either way, the shirt will not be "new" anymore.

How do you market a shirt as new after it has been laundered and/or heat set in a dryer?

Am I thinking too hard about this???

Thanks.
