When I got my unit from Coastal last march It was damaged but not as bad as your. I called Coastal and talked to kim. I was upset because I had 175 shirts to do. She immediatly put the exchange in and shipped me a new one and told me to use the one I had for my job, which I did. I got the new unit within 3 days and they picked up the one damaged. No hastle at all. This is one reason I do business with this comapny.. and the unit that was shipped came firect from the factory as Coastal was out of units so she had it shipped to me instead of them. The new one came from them. |
