I'm going to make some hats for a softball and have several options for the logo. They are polyester mesh hats, so I can sublimate them or cut and heat applied vinyl. Then I thought of using Flock. I think Flock might actually look the best, since it probably looks closest to an embroidered look. I was wondering if anybody ever used flock on hats (or sports mesh) and how it turned out.
