I think you are talking about a product called "magic mask". This is sold at Impritables for $25 a roll. This is used with printers like the versacam . I seen it used at a seminar to transfer a printed graphic that had been printed and cut. They used the mask to apply it to the arment and then heat pressed it. .. I hope this helps and good luck ...
