The cloud hoodie was printed and then sewn. You can tell because the pattern changes at the seams. If it was printed after sewing, the pattern would continue over the seam with no breaks.

yep. Jasonda is right.

as for the screen printed ones, the flea markets here in the TdoT used to sell the USA DOllar bill, Diamonds, Newspaper Print --- printed-all-over shirts that were imported from India. They sold for less than $ 10 then. You could also smell the ink on them.

Many designers are also requesting for All-Over-Print, however, this process can be quite expensive as it requires manufacturing a custom roll of fabric prior to the production of the shirt. Minimums for such is quite high as well. As an alternative, the Print-All-Over method is recommended to minimize the cost at a much lower minimum.

Then again.. the price trends for such t-shirts and sweatshirts have gone up quite a bit as well.
Like this?

That is just disturbing to me haha. This brand is Anticon

Not quite the style people are asking about. Perhaps a bit more subtle in style so it may appeal to a greater consumer base.

So basically, you could zip it the entire way up and look like you were just shoved into a body bag? Hehe

i'd rock both of those hoodies- especially the masked one. maybe then i wouldn't be fondled by bums at the bus stop...

to get a good idea for next year's colors, all you have to do is just google " color forecast fall 2008" and a million sites pop up. some use the pantone system, some don't. it's nice when they DO use pantone and you have the book, you can just look it up. maybe you like the color, but want to offer something muddier, you can do that. I just developed a color palette for the woman i am designing a line of loungey wear for. it was soooo much fun!

i think color is one of the most important aspects of a garment. i can't wait until manufacturers get off of the "if it's a female item, let's make it baby pink or baby blue!"...so played out.

We don't use LED Lights...but our shirts *DO* light up, so you're not far off in your assessment T-BOT. I don't want to break the rules on my second post, so check out my profile to see what I'm talking about.

Cheers!

I'd also love to know who makes these and where to get them.

Also, I have the means to print my own custom fabric yardage, but then from there where do you get that made into your product? What are minimums like with manufacturing?
