I need to know about contracts with stores that will be carrying my brand. What exactly needs to be stated in the contract? Does anybody have any examples of theirs? Also, I need some examples of order sheets. What exactly should be added to the order sheets? Thanks for all of your help!!!

There really doesn't need to be an understanding with the store other than price per unit, order date, cancel date, payment terms and where to ship to unless you are doing a long term program with them. Usually a contract is written that says you will be holding your price at X throughout the time period you specify in the contract along with their commiting to X amount of units per whatever delivery period you agree upon.
