Now would the better thing be to just calculate how much I am selling the shirts for by how many they want or give them a discount since they are buying more than just a few? First you need to determine what each shirt costs you, including all inks, the shirt itself, packaging, accesories (hand tags and extra labels), etc.
Then determine what you'd like to make on each shirt.
I would then create a quantity graph, applying your above information, and work out a multiplier for every quantity breakdown.
example: 100 shirts @ $5 profit each ($7 cost) = sell for $12x100 = $1200. = $500 profit.
200 shirts @ $4 profit each = sell for $11x200 = $2200. = $800 profit.
