We don't really know your line, but in general, you would know which stores that best fit your product. You could contact them directly by finding the buyer (cold calling).
Another way to find retailers would be to exhibit at a tradeshow that buyers attend to find new products to carry in their stores.
You could also find a sales rep to market your line to stores.
